This one must be second favorite – the Passion fruit macaroon filled with milk chocolate. One of my favourite creations, the Ispahan, is a mix of rose, raspberry and litchi, and perfectly evokes the rose gardens of Persia’s ancient imperial capital. I missed all the fun when I was in Paris.
